From their humble beginnings in 1978 as a family business with 4 family members from the back of a garage they have grown to nearly 50 people today.  Operating from a freehold site of 15,000 sq. ft in an environmentally friendly area in Fareham, Hampshire.

Recently, Barnbrook has expanded its workforce and is projecting significant growth, including a planned 30% increase in turnover for 2024.

Barnbrook is accredited by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA). They are also an approved Engine Control Repair Station.​

As a long-standing member of the aerospace, defence, security and space group ADS and a founding member of the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC), a not-for-profit organisation which is the longest-established aerospace and defence trade body in the UK, they are committed to active participation.

Leadership Team

Andrew is a senior executive with an extensive knowledge of business and technology across a broad range of industries.

A former Vice President for a US Bank, Andrew has worked for blue chip and SME organisations for more than 30 years at board, director and operational levels across the UK, Europe and USA.

While comfortable with a hands-on approach, Andrew’s technology experience encompasses microprocessor software design, programming to BPR implementation including design and implementation of business systems.

At the helm of Barnbrook, Andrew is energised by mentoring talented teams and improving customer trust and wallet share.
